well, am a food geek and am falling in love with the chicken recipes so I will share with you today Ruth Chris Stuffed Chicken, I tried before in a restaurant in my area and I loved it and like usual I asked the chef about it and This time he told me about some tricks about the recipe and with some search online
I succeed to make a delicious homemade Stuffed Chicken; I found a few different methods to make Ruth Chris Stuffed Chicken so that's what I will share with you three different ways to make Ruth Chris Stuffed Chicken.

This is the first recipe mozzarella stuffed chicken breast very simple and easy to make, you know guys the secret behind cooking an amazing stuffed chicken breast or any kind of meat it's the herbs, the herbs, and the combination of the spices, that will make the difference because the classic recipes are so boring so let me share with you mozzarella stuffed chicken breast.

- 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 8 oz. fresh mozzarella
- Kosher salt
- black pepper
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 Eggs, beaten
- 1 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan, divided
- Olive oil, for frying
- 2 cup marinara
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced basil
- 2 tbsp. chopped parsley

- The first thing and before start preparing our chicken breast, go ahead and preheat your oven at 400°F.
- with a sharp paring knife make a horizontal slit and add the mozzarella cheese into it then press on the edges of the chicken to close the sit.
- season with salt and black pepper you can also great with olive oil. in this step, there are many methods you can try to mix the salt, black pepper, and olive oil you can add paprika or red peppers flask then great the chicken breast with it and leave the breasts aside about 30 min until Absorbs the mixture.
- in a medium bowl add the bread crumbs and mix it with garlic powder, dried oregano, 1/4 cup Parmesan, and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
- In three separated medium size bowls add the all-purpose flour, beaten eggs, panko bread crumbs mixture that's what we need to soak the chicken breast before frying them.
- heat about 2 or 3 tbsp olive oil in a frying pan on medium heat.
- now you got what you need let's start the process, dip the chicken breast in the flour then beaten eggs, then crumb mixture, and make sure to cover all the breast.
- when you have done, add them into the frying pan and cook them for about 4 to – 5 min each side until become golden, Pour marinara around the chicken and scatter the basil on top of the marinara then sprinkle the grated parmesan.
- Bake the frying pan into the oven and bake the chicken breast for about 20min.
- To serve just top with fresh parsley and you can also use lemon juice.

- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1tbsp ground black pepper
- 4 oz. cream cheese softened
- 1/2 cup frozen spinach, defrosted and drained
- 1/3 cup chopped canned artichoke hearts
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella, divided
- Pinch crushed red pepper flakes
- 4 strips bacon, cut into 4 strips
- 2 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
How To Make Bacon And Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breast
- Like usually preheat your oven at 400°F.
- Line the baking sheet with aluminum paper, and grease with some oil.
- Take your chicken breast and with a sharp paring knife make a series of slits not so deep and make sure you don't cut all the way through the chicken.
- for the bacon just cut them into small pieces make sure are small enough because we will stuff the chicken breast with them, then fry them until become golden.
- in a medium bowl mix cream cheese, spinach, artichokes, half amount of mozzarella, and frying bacon, season with salt and black pepper you can also add 1 tbsp lemon juice.
- Fill the chicken breast slit with cream cheese mixture and bacon.
- Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella on top and drizzle with oil.
- bake it for about 35- 40 min.

Bacon Wrapped Cream Cheese Stuffed Chicken
you can just use the same ingredient I mean you can use the spinach and cream cheese mixture or you can make it simple and use only cream cheese and crushed garlic, look I will share with you the basic method then you can add whatever you want.

- 2 lb chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 tbsp chives, chopped
- 1/2 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 1/2 lemon juice
- 12 slices bacon, (3 pieces per chicken breast)

- preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
- in a frying pan cook, the bacon for about 2 min until becoming curl and red don't make him crispy, you need it to be partially cooked but still flimsy.
- in a bowl combine the cream cheese, chives, lemon juice, and season with salt and black pepper.
- flatten chicken breasts then top it with the cream cheese mixture, then roll up the breast then flatten the bacon slice and roll the stuffed chicken in the bacon until you cover all the chicken breast with the bacon slice watch the pictures for more details.
